Linda Engblom Runey
Chief Financial Officer/Head of Bus. Admin. North America
As CFO, Linda oversees all of our financial aspects in North America. In addition to providing overall financial leadership and direction for the business, she is responsible for maintaining strong financial accountability in, and leadership for, various departments, including Accounting, Controlling, Risk & Internal Controls, Procurement, Information Technology, and Credit/Collections.
Thomas A. Powers, Ph.D.
Vice President, Product Management & Government Accounts
A 30-year veteran of our company, Dr. Thomas A. Powers is currently the Vice President of Government Accounts and Professional Relations. In his role he is responsible for managing the sales and contracting services for the Department of Veterans Affairs and other government agencies. In addition, Dr. Powers directs the clinical trial program and is a member of the global audiology research team.
Pamela L. Burton, Au.D.
Vice President, Customer Care
Throughout her 28 years with our company, Dr. Pamela Burton has held various senior management positions with a primary focus on the customer. Dr. Burton had been engaged in many areas including Audiology, Education, and Product Management before she assumed responsibility for the Customer Care organization.
Vice President, Marketing & Learning
Alina Urdaneta brings more than 20 years experience to her position as Vice President of Marketing and Learning. She is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategy, programs, and communications. She is also responsible for new product training programs for hearing care professionals, consumers, and internal staff.
Ronald Gleitman, Ph.D
Vice President, Business Development & Practice Management
In his role as Vice President of Business Development and Practice Management, Dr. Gleitman is responsible for increasing market penetration in the Independent sales channel while overseeing the development and growth of our world-class preferred customer program, Aspire.
Vice President, Business Management
Charles (Chas) Kuratko is the Vice President of Business Management. He is responsible for the development and implementation of customer-facing programs for active kids and teens, wireless communication, and for establishing a systematic sales process centered on effective training and reporting.
Vice President, Operations
Greg has over 25 years of varied and progressive leadership experience in operational roles with P&L responsibility. Throughout his career, he has successfully demonstrated a keen ability to implement programs and processes while maintaining a solid financial structure that ensures profitability.
